# xmlsquish

> A local-first, deterministic project manager and compiler for XML prompt projects. It creates, formats, resolves, builds, and inspects reproducible prompt artifacts.

This experimental `llms.txt` file is an additive navigation aid for language-model agents. It is not crawler control, authorization, or a normative protocol. Use `/robots.txt` for crawler policy; product and release claims remain authoritative only in the linked repository, pages, specifications, and machine-readable metadata.

## Operational facts

- The stable namespace identity is exactly `https://xmlsquish.moesegfault.dev/ns`; it is unversioned and never localized.
- CLI commands are `new`, `fmt`, `build`, `clean`, `add`, `remove`, `add-skill`, `remove-skill`, `sync-skills`, `install-skill`, and `inspect`.
- Source installation requires Rust 1.88 or newer and a locked Cargo workspace. xmlsquish is not published on crates.io.
- v1.2.1 is a stable published release from tag `v1.2.1` at commit `fbf60f71d6ef32a80f8f0ff2cccd7182e4a9fc84`; the exact main and six-platform release gates passed. Verify native assets using SHA256SUMS.
- Machine protocol is 3.2. The default target layout is `target/xmlsquish/{artifacts,cache,metadata,work}` and public prompt locators use `target/xmlsquish/artifacts/*.prompt`.
